The Executive Committee consists of the President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary. This committee meets at the call of the President or Vice-President. The committee has the authority to transact all the ordinary business of the Association, subject to ratification by the Board of Governors and such special business of the Association when specifically authorized in advance. Any three members of the Committee shall constitute a quorum.
